No. Guests upload in the browser with no app, no login, and no account creation.

Most hosts place the QR code on tables, signs, or printed cards. You can also send the event link or event code directly in a message.

Yes. If they do not scan the QR code, they can enter the event code manually and reach the same upload page.

Yes. The guest upload page is shared with guests, but the host view is accessed through a private host link and is not public by default.

Yes. When you create the event, you choose an event access code that can be shared with the people who should be able to open the event page.

The free plan costs nothing: up to 20 photo uploads per guest and 7 days of storage. The paid plan is a one-time $19.99 per event — no subscription — and adds unlimited photos and videos, video uploads up to 200 MB, storage for up to 6 months, and AI photo tagging.

Photos are stored for 7 days on the free plan and up to 6 months on the paid plan ($19.99 one-time). The exact expiry date is shown as soon as the event has been created.

Yes. The host can download all collected uploads from the private host view instead of asking guests to send photos afterwards.

Yes, on the paid plan guests can upload videos up to 200 MB each alongside photos. The free plan is photos only.
