2. The service
GuestCam.io is a digital service that allows event organisers to collect photos and videos from guests via a unique event code and QR code. The service is free to create and use.
3. Payment
GuestCam.io is currently free to use. Any future paid features will be clearly displayed on the site before purchase.
4. Right of withdrawal
As the service is currently free, the rules on right of withdrawal do not apply. For any future paid digital content delivered and activated immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) § 18(2)(13).
5. Content and copyright
All content uploaded by guests belongs to the respective copyright holders.GuestCam.io only stores the content temporarily as part of delivering the service. The event organiser is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from guests.
6. Data deletion
All content and event data are automatically deleted at the event's expiry date (7, 14, 30, or 60 days after creation, depending on the chosen period).GuestCam.iocannot recover deleted content. It is the organiser's responsibility to download the content before expiry.
7. Limitation of liability
GuestCam.iois not liable for loss of data due to technical errors, unforeseen outages, or force majeure. The service is provided "as is".
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
