A guest photo gallery for every booking, no setup required

Offer clients a GuestCam.io QR code for their event — guests scan it and upload straight from their phone, no app, no login. Nothing to install at the venue, and nothing that changes between one booking and the next.

Nothing to install

No hardware, no wifi kiosk, no app for your team to maintain — just a code to print or display.

Works for every booking type

Weddings, corporate events, parties — the same setup works regardless of what the space is used for.

A value-add clients notice

Mentioning it in your booking package signals extra thought without adding to your own workload.

In short

Guest photo sharing for venues means offering every client a QR code for their booking — guests upload straight from their phone into a private gallery, with nothing for the venue to install or maintain between events.

Every event booked at your space generates photos nobody collects

Whatever's booked — a wedding reception, a corporate mixer, a milestone party — the pattern is the same: guests take photos on their own phones, and almost none of them ever reach the host afterward. That's not something your venue caused, but it's something you can quietly fix as part of the booking.

A QR code on the welcome table or bar does it without any setup on your end. Guests scan it, upload from their browser — no app, no account — and every photo lands in a private gallery for that specific event. Nothing to configure differently between a wedding on Saturday and a corporate lunch on Monday.

It costs you nothing to offer and nothing to maintain: create the event for the client (or point them to do it themselves), print the code, and it works the same regardless of what kind of event is happening in the room that day.

Because every event you create stays listed under one login, repeat bookings and past clients' galleries are easy to find again without any extra record-keeping on your part.

More for event professionals

Guest photo sharing for venues — frequently asked questions

Does our venue need to set anything up in advance?

No ongoing setup — create a new event per booking (or let the client create their own) and print or display the QR code for that specific date. There is nothing to install or configure on the venue side.

Can we offer this to every client without extra cost each time?

Each event still uses the same per-event pricing as any host — there is no venue-wide plan yet. Many venues create a free event for the client and let them decide whether to upgrade it for video and longer storage.

Who owns the photos — the venue or the client?

Whoever holds the private host link controls the gallery. Venues typically hand that link to the client so the photos are theirs to keep, the same way a caterer or planner would.

Does this replace our own event photography?

No — it collects what guests capture on their own phones throughout the event, which is separate from any photographer the client hires. Both can run at the same time.

Can we reuse this for every event at our venue?

Yes. Create a new event for each booking the same way. If you're logged in, every event you've created is listed together in one dashboard, so recurring bookings are easy to find again.
